JUAN MIGUEL CERVANTES
QUINTANA, ATTORNEY AT LAW
I was born in the city
of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato on 1983, where
I established my university studies until 2006, till
I obtained my Law School Degree from the Universidad
de León.
During the year 2003 I
worked with several attorneys in this city, where I
was involved in the practice of litigation in
several areas.
In the year 2004, I
started to work in the law firm “Mexico Advisor”
formerly known as “Visión Global Asesores”. At the
beginning, I worked as legal clerk in the Legal
Department of the firm, and later served in the Legal Division and the
Title Division. In 2006 I became an Associate
Attorney in the same firm.
During my time with
“Mexico Advisor” I obtained enough experience in
such diverse matters as: Civil and Mercantile
Litigation, Incorporation, Title
Insurance, Real Estate Law and Immigration Law.
Likewise, I was
recognized by “Stewart Title Guaranty de México” and
“First American”, title insurance companies, as an
authorized attorney to conduct title searches and
prepare legal opinions for those purposes. I have intervened researched title
to the most important real
estate developments in San Miguel de Allende as well
as in industrial developments in cities like
Queretaro, Silao, Irapuato, among others. Recently,
I obtained the authorization by "Fidelity National
Title de Mexico" to conduct title search and prepare
title opinions.
In early 2009 Raul Enrique Ramírez Corona
and I formed San Miguel Legal.
